Listening360 Scorecard

This activity will help you evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your listening behaviors.

The Listening360 will help the learner's leadership development journey by understanding how different people who interact regularly with him or her, see the effectiveness of his or her listening skills.

How it works.

This tool is intended to gather specific feedback from a range of assessors, ie. people who work and interact with you, the Learner, in the behaviors that are important for leadership performance in a wide range of settings. 

​You may invite any number of assessors, but to get the full benefit, it is helpful to select at least:
• two from your family, 
• two from your professional circle, and
• two who report to you. 

These should be close family members and colleagues who you regularly interact with.

You and your invited assessors will each receive emails from Family and Business Learning with the subject “You are invited to complete the Listening360 Scorecard for {your survey name}” with a unique link to complete their own assessment. 

It should take not more than 10 - 15 minutes to complete the assessment with 10 statements on your listening skills and three open-ended questions.

Feedback Report: 
When everyone invited has completed your Listening360 (or by the expiry of the survey, whichever is earlier), you (the learner) will receive a Listening360 feedback report showing your responses and how they compare to the rest of the assessors who participated.
